Hi, I’m Alex! I’m married to my wife, Hannah, and together we’re raising our three beautiful kids. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it strongly influences how I show up both personally and professionally.
I serve as the Director of Sales for Grand Welcome Branson, working alongside Steve and David to help grow the business and build lasting partnerships. I’ve spent years in sales right here in Branson, starting at a young age and steadily working my way up through dedication, consistency, and results. I’m well known for doing business the right way—with honor, respect, and a focus on long-term relationships rather than short-term wins.
What I Love About Branson
While sales is my primary passion, creativity and competition both play big roles in my life outside of work. I’m an award-winning photographer and an avid golfer, proudly maintaining an average score of 72. Whether I’m behind a camera or on the course, I bring the same focus, discipline, and drive that I do to my work with clients.

Hi, I’m David! I’m married to my best friend, Shelby, and together we’re raising our four amazing kids (plus our two dogs). We feel incredibly lucky to call Branson home and to be part of such a special community.
Professionally, I’ve built my career in the vacation rental and hospitality industry with a strong focus on leadership, growth, and long-term relationships. I’ve helped expand market presence, guided property owners through smart growth decisions, and led teams with a hands-on, people-first approach. As a Grand Welcome franchisee, I’m proud to grow a locally rooted operation that prioritizes high standards, clear communication, and exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests.
What I Love About Branson
My favorite thing about Branson, other than my favorite restaurant El Lago, is how the fabric of the community is built around family. It still amazes me how often folks smile and wave at you.

Hi, I’m Steve! I’m married to my wife, Sabrina, and together we’re raising five great kids, one loyal dog, and what feels like a million chickens. Life is busy, loud, and full—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and property management in the Branson area. I’ve spent decades building, improving, and managing properties with a long-term mindset and a hands-on approach. As a Grand Welcome partner, I focus on operational excellence, smart growth, and protecting the value of each home while delivering an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.
What I Love About Branson
Outside of real estate, music has always been a huge part of my life. I’m a lifelong musician and lead guitarist, and I’ve had the opportunity to play alongside some of the biggest names in the industry over the years. That same creativity, discipline, and passion carries over into how I lead, build, and serve.
