About Me
I'm Brittany, General Manager, with a career shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in people. My professional journey has taken me from teaching and management in South Korea to international higher education and recruitment, and ultimately into hospitality and property management.
With a master's degree and experience across vastly different industries and cultures, I bring a unique perspective to leadership and business. Outside of work, I'm an avid reader, traveler, creative, and lifelong learner who is always looking for the next opportunity to grow, explore, and understand something new.
What I Love About Branson
After living and traveling in different parts of the world, I really appreciate the mix Branson offers. I can grab coffee downtown, spend an afternoon hiking around Table Rock Lake, and still enjoy that friendly, small-town feeling at the end of the day.

Hi, I'm Brady Villegas, and I specialize in sales. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BBA, and I've always had a strong interest in business, finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship. A big part of my background is baseball. I had the opportunity to play at the collegiate level, which taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, competitiveness, and building relationships with people from different backgrounds. Those experiences have played a major role in shaping who I am both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, watching movies, staying involved with baseball, and pretty much anything related to business. I'm always interested in learning about new opportunities, meeting new people, and finding ways to grow both personally and professionally.

I love that Branson is a place where people still know each other, support local businesses, and take pride in the community. Even with all the visitors that come through town, it still has that hometown feel.

Hi, I’m David! I’m married to my best friend, Shelby, and together we’re raising our four amazing kids (plus our two dogs). We feel incredibly lucky to call Branson home and to be part of such a special community.
Professionally, I’ve built my career in the vacation rental and hospitality industry with a strong focus on leadership, growth, and long-term relationships. I’ve helped expand market presence, guided property owners through smart growth decisions, and led teams with a hands-on, people-first approach. As a Grand Welcome franchisee, I’m proud to grow a locally rooted operation that prioritizes high standards, clear communication, and exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests.
What I Love About Branson
My favorite thing about Branson, other than my favorite restaurant El Lago, is how the fabric of the community is built around family. It still amazes me how often folks smile and wave at you.

Hi, I’m Steve! I’m married to my wife, Sabrina, and together we’re raising five great kids, one loyal dog, and what feels like a million chickens. Life is busy, loud, and full—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and property management in the Branson area. I’ve spent decades building, improving, and managing properties with a long-term mindset and a hands-on approach. As a Grand Welcome partner, I focus on operational excellence, smart growth, and protecting the value of each home while delivering an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.
What I Love About Branson
Outside of real estate, music has always been a huge part of my life. I’m a lifelong musician and lead guitarist, and I’ve had the opportunity to play alongside some of the biggest names in the industry over the years. That same creativity, discipline, and passion carries over into how I lead, build, and serve.
